Super Easy Fat Loss Hack

Here’s ONE small daily habit that will help those unwanted pounds come off faster...

***Disclaimer: This sounds so easy but please try it out for a month or two before writing it off as too easy.***

The easy fat loss hack that you might not be doing consistently...

is to drink a minimum of 64 ounces of water every day. 😃

Most of us need a minimum of 2 quarts (or liters, close enough) per day.

That's 64 ounces. of water. per day.

This might sound overwhelming or even silly, but take a moment to reflect on your water intake over the past few days. Did you get close to the minimum of 64 ounces?

Some people need even more. I usually suggest between 2 and 4 quarts of water per day which is 64-128 ounces. For some people, the right amount is closer to a gallon (4 quarts) of water each day.😱

But start with 2 quarts of water per day and see how your body changes, inside and outside...

Why is adequate water intake so important?

#1) Water Aids Fat Metabolism in the Liver

When it comes down to the technical process of metabolizing stored body fat, your liver is where the action is. The key to having a high functioning liver, one that quickly removes metabolic waste and flushes out toxins, is to be properly hydrated by drinking a minimum of 64 ounces of water each day.

Your liver is a filter for your body. When you aren’t drinking enough water, your liver accumulates a build up of waste product and slows the process of fat metabolism down.

#2) Water Helps Balance Stress Hormones

When your body is in a state of dehydration, your organs and digestive functions are compromised, which in turn negatively impacts hormonal balance.

This stress, brought on by dehydration, impacts your adrenal glands, signaling the need for an increase in the stress hormone cortisol, which encourages your body to begin storing fat, rather than burning it.

#3) Water Reduces Calorie Intake

There's a positive effect that proper hydration has on your daily caloric intake:

By drinking a minimum of 64 ounces of water daily, your desire for high calorie, sugary drinks like soda and juices will diminish. This decrease in excess calories is a super easy way to lose weight. Plus, you'll save a bunch of money by not buying all those caloric beverages!

In addition to weight loss, drinking water has a number of body benefits – including improved skin complexion, boosted immune system, improved digestion/elimination, better brain function, more effective workouts and faster recovery, among other things.

In fact, pretty much every system in your body will function better when you're properly hydrated!

Have a headache or can't seem to focus on work? It could be dehydration... Try drinking more water and see how you feel. 😍

While it’s important to drink plenty of water throughout the day, be sure you’re increasing the amount before and after your workouts. The more you sweat, the more water you lose, and it’s important to replace that lost water to avoid dehydration.

So, to optimize your fat burning, feel better, have more energy and function at your best...

Drink a minimum of 64 ounces (2 quarts) of water each day.
