A dose of motivation will change your life, almost overnight.
The best part of my job is seeing clients achieve amazing results. Whether they drop a few sizes, get off their blood pressure meds, shrink their waist or completely transform their lifestyle, the excitement is always contagious.
There really isn’t a clear way to describe the euphoria that settles in once you’ve realized your fitness goal. You have to experience it to understand it. It's pretty cool.
Though each successful client is unique with different goals, one element unites them.
They are all highly motivated to reach their goals.
Perhaps the motivation began with the burning desire to make a change, and they decided it was "now or never". Perhaps they "hit bottom" and could no longer continue on the same path. But they made a decision, "made up their mind" to do something.
You see, I am in an interesting position. I know how to get a person into great shape. I can coach you through significant weight loss. I can guide you to a healthier body. I can even train you into a toned athlete.
But there is one catch.
You’ll need to be motivated.
See, saying that you want to get into great shape isn’t enough. You need motivation—and that’s just half of the equation.
The other part (and the most important) is ACTION.
Nothing happens until you take action.
You can want it, think about it, mull it over, ponder it, plan it, and then re-plan it.
But nothing happens until you take action. Over and over. Consistently over time.
I don't know your story— but perhaps you are dissatisfied with your body and you want to improve your health and fitness level. You might want to look better, to have more energy, to experience fewer aches and pains, and to enjoy the satisfaction of achieving your fitness goals once and for all.
I know that all of my successful clients were once in your shoes. They wanted to change. They were ready and felt a sense of urgency to do it. And then they did the most important thing. They took action and contacted me.
But there is more to it than that. They then committed to a program, put in the effort, stuck to the plan, had successes and set backs and ups and downs... they didn't give up... and eventually, they met their goals.
There’s nothing more gratifying than shopping for (smaller size) clothes in your own closet and knowing that YOU DID IT!
And now, they no longer worry or stress about working out and eating healthy. It's simply part of their lifestyle, and no longer an issue or a source or stress in their life.
People who take massive action get massive rewards. And those that just talk about wanting to change will continue to talk about it. Until they are motivated and ready to take action.
So what do you want?
To drop 20 pounds?
To feel younger?
To look better in your birthday suit? 😍
To become healthier?
How bad do you want it? How much motivation do you have? Enough to take MASSIVE ACTION?
The rewards are great IF you do.
Reach out to me to discuss your goals and a plan for your healthy future.
